I am looking outside at this plant on the balcony and notice there are no flowers on it. I expect this because it is still winter here in Buenos Aires, Argentina so I was not expecting flowers right now, but it does make me think of the upcoming spring season. I can already tell the certain flowers and trees are blooming and look much better than they did before.
I want to get out of the city during the spring and see what the country is like during this time of year. I imagine it looks beautiful with the grass growing and the mountainsides of the Andes less rocky. This far south is different than what I imagined South America would feel and look like. I always pictured the jungles and beaches of Brazil so the cold of winter really shocked me. I remember stepping outside the airport and realizing I was not prepared for this level of cold weather. Now that spring is coming up I still want to make a trip up north but I hear the far north can get real hot and humid, even if I go early in the spring.
Iguazzu Falls is one of the last trips I need to make before I leave and I also hear the weather can be really hot and rainy during this time of year. Either way I need to see Iguazzu! After looking at pictures it is one of the spots down here that I need to get to before I leave. I have limited amount of spending funds so I am trying to use my money in the best way possible and not just for parties on the weekend.
While I am here I want to make the most of the time and see as much as I can. I work with a wine company and we host some of Buenos Aires’ best wine tastings. While working here I have seen a good amount of the city from walking around and I enjoy that. I tried a wine tasting here and it happens to be my favorite wine tasting of all time. If you are travelling to Buenos Aires, Argentina I would try a wine tasting.
