Mystery shopping encourages a lot of new ideas and encourages people to think about things and as a result change and improve them. After my experience with mystery shopping I was quick to set about changing lots of bits and bobs in my workplace and couldn’t understand anyone who wouldn’t. My experience was a mostly positive one and the report came back with some very constructive but worthwhile criticism. The main thing involved a window display that had been accused of being “dingy and not very appealing”. Straight away I sought to change it and soon saw exactly what the report meant! The window display had been a little bit old and looked very tired for the image we were trying to portray. No however, it looks bright, colourful and cheery and reflects the ambience we try t o create within the shop floor and reflects us much better. I am therefore grateful to our report, thanks!

Ziggy died of a rare hamster disease that caused him to run for a very long time on his hamster wheel and then he died. He ran on his wheel a lot already and I didn’t think anything of it when I noticed he wasn’t stopping. I thought maybe he was preparing for a marathon. He was a very active hamster so I didn’t put it past him. I was shocked when I found him flopped over dead on his wheel.
This week is the funeral for Ziggy. I have gotten some sandwiches and flowers and I have invited all my family. Only my brother is coming but that is fine. I have a slide show of pictures.
